Andrews Picks in South Surrey…

Tap Restaurant

15350 34 Avenue, Surrey, BC, V3S0T7

(604) 542-0334

This restaurant it to die for, one of my ultimate favorites… the fresh unique menu, large patio, and cozy atmosphere offers excellent dining. The chef has amazing abilities, and he prepares delicious, high quality dishes. Like one of my favorite – the mushroom risotto.

Cactus Club Cafe

15079 32nd Ave Surrey, BC V4P1A3

(604) 535-8799

Cliché as Cactus Club might be, this particular location has a great open lounge and dining area. No matter if it’s summer or fall, the heated tranquil patio is perfect for sipping drinks and socializing with friends or for holding casual business meetings.

White Rock

White Rock has long been known as a destination point, with its local seafood markets and ocean-side cafes. White Rock is comparable to quaint ocean-side locations like Portland Maine USA, and Prince Edward Island here in Canada. With a cozy-crowd of only 19,339, White Rock is still considered small-town but with all the amenities any bustling community would need.

White Rock, much like neighbouring South Surrey, has a large ‘business professional’ demographic, and is a safe investment for those looking to settle down in a tranquil, ocean-centric locale. The area truly is one that offers an almost surreal lifestyle. Imagine coming home after a long day at work to the quiet and comfort of an open fireplace or a sprawling patio overlooking the ocean. It seems this area was designed with the intent of being an oasis of comfort and calm for its residents seeking an escape from the hustle and bustle of everyday life.

If a perfect home exists, it’s here in White Rock and it’s waiting for you!

Andrews Picks in White Rock…

Onyx Steakhouse & Lounge

1225 Johnston Road, White Rock, BC V4B3Y8

(604) 542-0334

A perfect fit for a steakhouse in White Rock. A quaint place with a large selection of dishes to satisfy everyone. My choice is the lamb.

La Baia Ristorante

15791 Marine Dr, White Rock

(604) 531-6261

Looking for a great Italian fine dining,? This is it. Elegance and great food is what you will find here.

The Boathouse

14935 Marine Dr, White Rock

(604) 536-7320

This classic restaurant has a great seafood selection and always features at least one ‘catch of the day’ option. In the summer, make sure to enjoy the rooftop patio and grab a side table with an ocean front view. You will be mesmerized by the scenery filled with birds, water and people.

Clients have been kind enough to say…

Testimonial from Mark & Monika Stevens for Andrew Szalontai ReMax Treeland RealtyAndrew marketed and sold our house and I felt he was very professional and thorough in how he went about getting the job done. He was open to our input at every stage and I would not hesitate to recommend him to anyone looking for a great realtor.

Mark Stevens

My husband and I recently purchased a home in the Cloverdale area and we were so happy that we had Andrew to guide us through the process. When we originally met with Andrew, we were looking to purchase a home that was a few years old. He met with us to discuss our needs and was very helpful in sending us listings that met our extensive criteria. This was our first home buying experience and Andrew was very patient as we looked through several homes in a couple of areas in Cloverdale, South Surrey, and White Rock. We soon narrowed our search to a single neighbourhood in Cloverdale. One thing that we noticed immediately with Andrew was his attention to the small details that we may have otherwise missed. He has a good eye for quality of construction and finishings and he pointed out many positives and negatives in each home.

Part way through our search for a home, we switched gears and decided that we were going to build a home. Andrew was very flexible and willing to change directions with us as we went from looking for a home to looking for a building lot. Andrew had an impressive base of knowledge regarding home building and was willing to help with lot searches, including listed and unlisted properties. Additionally, Andrew had knowledge of several contractors and trades people in the area that could work with us to build a home.

Shortly after we began looking for a lot, my husband and I decided that we would pre-purchase a new home in Cloverdale. Once again, Andrew was patient and supportive with our decision. He did a phenomenal job representing us and making sure that we were well taken care of throughout the process our home purchase. He checked in with us on a regular basis as our house was nearing completion. When we were dissatisfied with the way our yard was being finished, Andrew contacted the builder to ensure that the lot elevations were in line with what had been specified in our contract.

Andrew went above and beyond our expectations in a realtor. He is personable, knowledgeable and patient. He takes customer service to a whole new level. We would not hesitate to recommend him to our friends and family.
